All items purchased from Yogagoddess.ca are sent through email. Yogagoddess.ca will make every possible effort to deliver your order to you on time to your email address, but we cannot be responsible for technical difficulties related to the checking of your personal email account. We will make every effort to send your order to another email account specified by you if you encounter email difficulties.
Services and Products
Yogagoddess.ca is committed to providing exceptional coaching and services for active participants in the fertility community; however, Yogagoddess.ca is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any coaching or program or service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by Yogagoddess.ca.
- Moon Goddess For Fertility: there is a 10-day refund period on Moon Goddess Videos + Content if you are dissatisfied with the program
- Moon Goddess For Hormonal Balance: there is a 10-day refund period on Moon Goddess Videos + Content if you are dissatisfied with the program
- Sensual Magic: there is a 21-day refund period on Sensual Magic Videos + Content if you are dissatisfied with the program
- Please Note: Moon Goddess and Sensual Magic are the ONLY products for which Yogagoddess.ca offers refunds.
One-on-One Coaching: there are no refunds for one-on-one coaching clients, as decreed by the contract that you signed before we began coaching. In extreme circumstances – injury, illness, or family tragedy – coaching sessions may be put on hold (but not refunded) at the mutual discretion of coach and client.
Recurring Payments
If you enroll in a Yogagoddess.ca program through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments and notifying Yogagoddess.ca of any billing updates or changes.
In the event that 1 or more payments are missed or canceled, Yogagoddes.ca will put your account on hold after 24 hours of missed or cancelled payments until your payments are reinstated. Yogagoddess.ca will terminate your access to the program you are registered for after 5 days of late payment with absolutely no refunds, even within the first 10 days of registration.
Auditory Product Guidelines
Because our product is designed to elicit deep relaxation, it is advisable to listen to the product while lying down or reclining with your eyes closed. You should NOT listen to the product while driving an automobile, operating any kind of machinery, or any other activity that may cause bodily harm to yourself or to others.
Our guided visualization exercises contain Content that assumes that you are successful at conception to help guide you from a mind/body perspective. Yoga Goddess expressly disclaims any and all guarantees, warranties and representations as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Content, including increasing your chances of pregnancy in any way. We understand that the infertility process can be very upsetting and stressful and if you are concerned about your reaction to the exercise of assuming that you have achieved pregnancy and then not actually becoming successful at conception, then you should not use our Content.
Communications and Content
Visitors may send comments and other content; send other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
If you do post content or submit material via email or otherwise, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Yogagoddes.ca and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to edit, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

This agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Toronto in the Province of Ontario and any cause of action which arise from use of this Web site or from interpretation of these terms and conditions must be filed in the provincial and federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
