You won’t miss the gluten in these fudgy, gooey, nutty brownies that seem to disappear before your eyes! You better make extras or run the risk of missing them when they’re all gone… YUM!!!
Gluten-Free Disappearing Brownies Recipe c/o A Segal Favorite
1/2 cup butter or hard margarine
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
3/4 cup – 1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup gluten free flour (here is a homemade recipe you can try)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Place butter, cocoa powder and sugar in processor and blend. Add eggs, one at a time and blend. Add vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt, then blend. If you are adding walnuts, stir them in by hand. Pour into a 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 325F for 30 minutes until tester skewer comes out clean and dry. If desired, ice with your favorite chocolate icing.
