Meditation one focuses on the time after your period and before ovulation which is the best time to direct your growing energy into starting something new, like healthy eating in sync with your cycle.

Alisa recommends eating light after your period. Think: pressed salads (like kimchi and sauerkraut), plenty of veggies, lean proteins, sprouted beans and seeds, and dense, energy-sustaining grains like barley, oat, and rye. I hope you enjoyed the meditation – let me know what you thought!
