Happy gluten-free baking! Try using either of these flour mixtures in your baking. You will find sometimes one mixture is better than the other in a recipe. Just note it!

Gluten-Free Rice Flour Mixture recipe

2 cups brown rice flour
2/3 cups potato starch (Do not use potato flour)
1/3 cups tapioca starch
1 teaspoon xanthum gum

Bean Flour Mixture recipe

1 cup arrowroot starch (sometimes called flour)
1 cup tapioca starch
2/3 cup Garfava Bean Mixture
1/3 cup Sorghum flour

**Most ingredients can be found at your local Bulk Barn store or you can find the flours already mixed and ready to go
